Keeping yourself motivated is the best you can do in any job it is universal truth but especially in
pharmacy since you are dealing with people who are less fit at least for the day they are there. so
for the pharmacy work this becomes even more important.
Looking at life in simple way and day at a time might be very useful. keep in touch with some
master motivators of our times people like Tony Robbins or Brian Tracy or Jim Rohn.
For the ease of watching them on YouTube I have included the video bar here to go and
watch them and get the lessons of life from them .Those things are not taught in school.
Remaining motivated helps you and your family (because pharmacy stories end as you leave
the pharmacy and never make it home ) It is good for your colleagues because you focus on what
you are after and not what the last customer told you (what they told you was their opinion
according to their level of their education and growth let them take their opinion with them)
Have your goals in front of you and focus on those and see your job as means you currently
choose to earn a living but focus on the big picture wages earn you a living and profits make you a fortune.
Just as they say in stock market that past performance is not a guarantee of future results
your life has a saying that past performance or the lack there of is not a measure of your true potential
or what you are capable of. Work on that capability and life has a lot to offer. The more you
are able to help people with what they want the more you get what you want .
Good luck .
